[FEATURE REQUEST]: please add app taskbar to dashboard

Similar to what dash to panel does, by adding active apps and favorite apps to the taskbar.

There is an extension called app icons taskbar that achieves something similar, when paired with this extension, but it's a bit buggy. That extension also adds the ability to change the location of the date-time icon on the taskbar.

Additionally, I'm using another extension called rocketbar to provide a working taskbar, but the UI does not pair as nicely with the open bar extension.

Please merge some of the features of these extensions into the open bar extension. Thanks.
