Inital render console messages

When the viz loads there is a conosle message appearing:

Query is required to fetch data.
Fetch interval less than 1 second is not allowed. Setting to default: 300s.

This message is intended to appear when no query is provided or fetch interval is low. It appears always. I think there must be a brief period before the config is loaded that this condition fires.
