local copies of uploaded files are not deleted and thus duplicate

Steps to reproduce

1. Have your android client 3.29.x set to upload photos and move them to the appp folder afterwards
2. Install 3.30.6 in order to get that setting changed to "leave in original folder"
3. Wait for uploads and check whether photos duplicate instead of being copied to the local folder (bug/feature Insufficient space to copy files when "keep files in source folder" is selected. #5592) and deleted afterwards

Expected behaviour

Delete the local copy after the upload.

Actual behaviour

Files get duplicated because the local copy stays in the nextcloud folder.

Google forbid Nextcloud to use the needed permission. The only Alternative seems to be using Nextcloud from F-Droid instead of Google-Play.

Afaiu this only applies to removing files from the dcim folder. This bug is about not removing files from the client app's folder.
