Steps to reproduce

the following error messages in the logfile

Uninitialized string offset -1 at /var/www/html/apps/mail/lib/Service/PhishingDetection/LinkCheck.php#68
Uninitialized string offset 0 at /var/www/html/apps/mail/lib/Service/PhishingDetection/LinkCheck.php#67

Expected behavior

no error message

Actual behavior

error message

Same issue for me (NC 30.0.6)
Appeared with 4.2.1, or even 4.2.0

I'm pretty sure it started with 4.2.0. (NC 30.0.6) I'm getting around 100 errors like this daily.

The above occurred for me when a user was using a share link to download a Files pdf. I happened to be on the phone with user when it occurred. Then I got the notification for the download.
