Add "Send mail" toggle in sharing details ui for new shares

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

sendMail is valid parameter that the share api can accept however the current ui for sharing does not allow the user to specify this.

Describe the solution you'd like

For mail shares:

• A new option should show up, potentially a checkbox or toggle option that enables or disables mail sending

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Depending on whether the system is configured to mail users for all kinds of shares, this could be a general setting?
