Currently setting the status is a bit complex and not intuitive. The feature can also be improved and expanded

Too many radio options displayed at once
Clear status after: unclear whether only the status message will be cleared or everything
Submit button only affects part of the form

This could be improved by:

Use a select for visibility
Do not show default status messages by default (this can also be done with a multi-select)
Be more verbose about what happens when users select options

Current dialog:
