[Blocklist Suggestion] Adguard Chinese filter

Adguard Chinese filter is a filter based on EasyList China and modified by Adguard. Although NextDNS has already supported EasyList China, it often misses some ads on Chinese based website. Adguard Chinese performs much better than EasyList China and it's well maintained by Adgurd. Hence, I suggest to add support for Adguard Chinese filter on NextDNS!
