Just noticed when I upgraded to QGIS 2.14 that when a transparency is set on a QuickMapServices (QMS) layer, the transparency does not show up in an exported PDF from a QGIS print composer.

I posted this as a bug in QGIS, but they said it's a bug in the QMS plugin...
