[BUG] libcurl-4 error, problems with ß in file name s

Windows 11, ARCitect 0.0.31

We had this issue by a user in our workshop today.
She gets this error message:

We tried serveral things: rename username in DataHUB (without ß), move ARC to a directory without her name. In the end the problem was solved by also moving the ARCitect installation to a directory without her name. Are there ways to get around this? Or do we have to teach that users should avoid special characters also in their computer accounts :-)
