[Feature Request] Need anoption to add files to study/resources

Want to upload e.g. a FASTA file to study/resources cannt find the option for that

add recources button similar to assays/dataset add data or study/protocols/addProtocol.

Describe alternatives you've considered
add the files in the win/explorer

Hello! You can use the context menu (right click) to import files!
