[Feature Request] Auto-save or promts for saving

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was working on my ARC for a while, but when I tried to save my ARC it crashed (hung, endless spinner icon), so that work is now lost.

Describe the solution you'd like
Perhaps it would be an idea to prompt the user to save changes whenever they navigate away from a table or e.g. assay? To encourage more frequent saves. Or implement an auto-save feature?

Describe alternatives you've considered
I will try to save more frequently, but I feel like most modern systems nowadays save as you go, so that may be an expectation that more users will have now.

Thank you for bringing this up. In the past autosaves took to long but now they are feasible. We will add this feature in the next release. Do you have any information why ARCitect crashed?

Awesome! Unfortunately I don't have many details about why it crashed, it was on ubuntu 22.04, if it happens again I will try to get you a more informative bug report 👍

Maybe a non-intrusive and easy to implement approach could be to highlight the Save ARC button when there are unsaved changes?
