[Feature Request] Move toggle help button to "Help sidebar"

It's more intuitive to click somewhere on the help bar to hide it rather than on the opposite side of the UI

See attached screenshot, I suggest to move the toggle help button on the bottom right side.

The button could be placed on both bars.

f653903 adds a close button to the top right corner of the help sidebar. Always keeping a chevron on the right side of the UI would result in clutter, but adding a shortcut to close the help menu inside the help menu makes absolute sense.
