Add Translations with SiraLocaliser

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As the Game itself is now translated into different languages and you're working on a localiser mod it would be nice if Custom Avatars could also be translated into different languages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add SiraLocaliser to the mod and make the used strings available to the crowdin project for the translators.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep english only? There's nothing else we can do.

Sorry I didn't answer earlier. I am still working on SiraLocalizer (albeit at a snail's pace due to external factors) and I've been focusing on making it as easy as possible for other people to add translations to their plugins. I'm using Custom Avatars as a testing platform so it will most likely be the first mod to have translations (hopefully soon).
