The ID for some actions happens to be a reserved keyword.

While this could be detected and handled automatically, it's easier for now to support using underscores which are filtered out afterwards.

[format.link._source]
action = "Specify source"
code = "@source This dataset was generated using [generateData]"

would then become entry ID format.link.source after processing

#13 is a workaround until this is implemented. There are anyway cases where this workaround is the only way.
