Allow users to swap between emote sets / Give emote sets more functionality

BTTV had an "overhaul" back in 2023 with emote sets being one of the new features. I remember trying it out and being unable to swap sets. 2 years later, I checked out the site again to see if there was any change. I also checked out the forums and this ideas discussion - nothing. I ended up joining the Discord to see if others had asked about the issue. This was Night's response back in 2023.

To me, sets only existing with the exclusive purpose of storing emotes so they don't get lost is a bit of a waste. Wouldn't it be interesting if you had the ability to swap between different sets with ease?

Here are a few use cases where this would be a good idea:

• Holiday themed sets - Christmas and Halloween themed variants of existing emotes
• Troll sets - Editors can add emotes that a streamer wouldn't normally add (eg. Adding only weeb emotes)
• Community event sets - Emotes that are specific to community events such as an offline chat movie night

Now, if you wanted to swap out emotes for new ones you would have to remove and add each individual emote. This is inefficient especially when you have to load each page to add/remove them (There are no shortcuts for adding/removing). It's not even possible to link to sets you've created so that others can pick and choose emotes that they like from your selection. Sets don't serve any purpose outside of emote preservation. More people would use this feature if it was actually practical.

Please add more functionality to emote sets. Allow users to easily swap between them for a more streamlined experience rather than them only existing to store emotes you like.
