Updated python-csv to write tab separated

Found my way here to test a daily significant speed slowdown with my ISP (Astound). Found that the server names returned (in my case) from Astound contained commas which messed up the file format for further processing. Modified the python-csv\main.py to create a tab separated file, attached (as txt file).
