Help: Unable to create or import files as admin; teampass v3.0.10

1. Default admin cannot import csv file
2. Cannot view import option while login
3. the old $k['admin_full_right'] = true; is not found in the include.php

I am trying to migrate data via csv from old version of teampass to the latest one version 3.0.10, but i dont see any option as a default option with admin rights
