Create user - don't finished encrypted.

When I create a user in the Users Menu, the encryption process does not finish. Hourglass does not disappear (hours on end).

This does not allow access, informs you that the account is currently being encrypted. And that I should wait until it finishes.

However, the user is created in the database.

I've done an installation from scratch, more than once. Even in other 3.X versions.

What am I doing wrong?

System: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS (Noble Numbat)
PHP: 8.3
Web: Apache2

Eureka!! Tasks of the jobs don´t have created. Resolution of problem: create jobs (Cron) and alter Tasks (loss time)
