Motion estimator class (estimator.py) could be made more generic to accommodate other data types (e.g. PET)

What would you like to see added in this software?

Currently, the EddyMotionEstimator is targeted DWI data, however, several of the code can be re-used to other data types e.g. PET. Alternatively, we can make a PETMotionEstimator (branch enh/pet_model) that can estimate the motion.
