How to make webpack read the django ssl request. #15

Java script Geolocation needs the web request to be of https type. It does not create any problem with localhost as its the secured origin. But if i run the django sslserver on other network then changing ip value for webpack is not working. Due to this react code is not getting rendered.

Without hot reloading it will work fine as we dont need a running server.
