I wanted to ask if you can change the Wi-Fi name and password and how? Is it also possible with Bluetooth creds. Another question is that if I do not connect the Bluetooth and directly connect using the Wi-Fi password, Is it still going to work?

Nope, there is a whole procedure which has to be in order.

In addition to changing the hostapd.conf, you'll also need to set appropriate env/config variables AAWG_WIFI_SSID and AAWG_WIFI_PASSWORD to match with your config.
