bug: Hyprland cannot detect pipewire or pulseaudio

Issue description

Hyprland and the audio services like pipewire, pipewire-pulse, and so on, arnt detected, as in, youtube videos or pavucontrol wont start due to a lack of a audio service. Nor does any other thing that uses audio work. More specifically when runnning pavucontrol, it says "connecting to pulseaudio" and it hangs on that.
Many other people experince this issue, and says that this is a bug, but just incase here is my configuration

Note: someone told me it had something to do with the fact I am on a laptop, is that a factor?
