It is possible to configure Pipewire via split-file configuration, e.g. $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/99-input-denoising.conf.
NixOS already achieves that, but instead of putting files to the user's config home, it puts configs to /etc/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/
