I encountered this in #2592, looks like there was already an upstream issue: cross-rs/cross#1422, though this issue is old, and I have no idea why we only hit the issue recently.

For now, I think I need to disable these CIs.

Just noticed the upstream corss-rs/cross issue is about musl, not glibc.
