Question about fields mappings

Hi guys,

I'm trying to do the following 2 mappings:

1. Custom field from our source project to the default VSTS Priority field:
   "sourceField": "Custom.Priority",
   "targetField": "Microsoft.VSTS.Common.Priority",
2. The VSTS Priority field from the source project to custom field in the target project:
   "Microsoft.VSTS.Common.Priority": "Custom.PriorityScore"

Custom.PriorityScore is set correctly, however the Microsoft.VSTS.Common.Priority is incorrect (it seems automatically mapped to the same field in the source project). In the log I can see both the FieldMaps are executed correctly however the result is not correct.

Is there any way to achieve the explained above?

Thats interesting. The custom mappings should happen after the default mappings.

That should mean that your mapping would overwrite the built in field...

Thanks for your reply - I found the source of the problem. It was cause by type in one of the values in the mapping and because of this only the default mapping was applied during the replay of the revisions.
