Error: Not all work items in scope contain a valid ReflectedWorkItemId Field!

Task: Work Items Migration from one organization to another using Customized Process (Inherited), throwing the below error:

How to resolve this error? Do i need to create a new field in all work items of target organization

Unable to Create ReflectedWorkItemId field in all Work Items(Inherited process) with same name i,e., ReflectedWorkItemId of target Organization.

For Your Information:
UI: Azure DevOps Services
Source Organization: Using Inherited Process with custom fields in each work item .
Target Organization: I have created the exact similar Inherited Process with similar naming convention of the custom fields in each work item.

And when i create ReflectedWorkItemId field in the target organization of more than one Work item, it was throwing that like as above in picture..

Would you kindly suggest, how we can resolve this..

Do we need to create same naming convention for all the work items in target organization i.e., ReflectedWorkItemId field ???
