Test Plans Suite -- Sequence Contains more than one element

I am attempting to migration Test Plans and Suites.. I get an error on my plan that says "Sequence contains more than one element".. (Stack trace error below). Looking at previous messages about this indicated that duplicate Plan Names could be the culprit, but this is not a issue here.. the 7 Test Plans are uniquely named.. So, I am kind of stumped. Are the Suites underneath the plan the cause? those are very much not all unique.

I've used the Plan List API to get the data here. (I've removed the URLs, and area/iterations from the data )

Ah HAH! the trouble wasn't in my source.. I found that one of our users had gone in to my Sandbox environment and created a Test Plan there in the Desitnation...
