Is your proposal related to a problem?

It's currently fairly hard for your average web user to find the log request form on the website (I believe the only way to find it is if you know to navigate to the discussion page).

Describe the solution you'd like

I think there should be a NLP Sandbox Submission Log Request button in every submission dashboard. That's where people run into trouble and want to request logs.
