Ubuntu: Noble Nombat, Another Window Session Manager V49

Steps to repeat:

  1. toggle on restore previous apps and windows at startup
  2. toggle restore at startup for default saved session
  3. reboot, observe windows and apps restored
  4. toggle off restore previous apps and windows at startup
  5. toggle off restore at startup for all saved sessions
  6. reboot, observe gnome notifications popup that state you have to enable restore in settings

Once disabled it should not try to automatically restore the session, but it does. Whatever configuration file it uses for automatic restore is not properly getting changed or modified when toggling the feature back off.
