currently it is not possible to focus and scroll from a tooltip in egui as tooltip are closed when scrolling: https://github.com/emilk/egui/pull/4784/files#diff-ae7165ddd71b91781234e2107e779a84a7748317e2c6779d103b15869af48c23R622 egui/issues/4781
