How to quickly enable and disable buttons and scroll, can a shortcut key be added

Rationale

In software like draw, holding down the middle button to move the artboard, but with Mac Mouse Fix enabled, this shortcut represents moving the Mac desktop left and right, so I want to add a shortcut to start and close the App

maybe there can be a section for custom shortcuts depending on the app you are using , the macOS steermouse app uses this for mouse chords
