node-pre-gyp installation failure which leading to Over all Project package installation Abort

Over all Project package installation has been failing due to the following error .. cannot make any deployments .. Please Help with suggestion
I am facing error :-

I need some Suggestions to get rid of it Guys i had it working few days back it turned this way ... not feeling good
