+  * Was not quite clear enough, so want to make sure TSC fully understands, back to share that.
+  * TSC members will have a level of access to do moderation, as will moderation team
+    * But now owner level control
+    * helper role, can track and delete messages if necessary
+    * There are also other levels of control
+    * Michael question on backup, Carl would be open designate somebody from the project as a
+      backup with full control.
+  * Main code of conduct will line up with OpenJS code of conduct
+  * Carl to send description of TSC level access to Michael, Michael to close out consensus through email to TSC.

+  * Joyee will still have inconsistent results, also only commonJS
+    * overall there are a number of issues and needs more work before it lands
+  * Ruben, agree it needs more work, but does not necessarily need TSC
+    discussion at this point. Windows is configurable to allow case-sensitivity as well.
