Coverity builds broken

The last few Coverity builds fail

This is because https://ci.nodejs.org/view/Node.js%20Daily/job/node-daily-coverity/3070/console failed mid-upload:

and caused a queued build that never completed (since the upload never completed and we didn't trigger the /enqueue endpoint). I've canceled the build in the Coverity web UI, which should unstick this for the next daily.
