Add error trapping from bot's perspective

Add try/catch around whenever the bot tries to send something to the API. If it except's, change response emoji to that of a red x or the 'no entry' sign to provide feedback. Possibly have the bot respond with "API down" or something, or even log to console.

Might also be worthwhile to move emoji response to another function so that if there's an error you can simply call "error response" and it'll clear green flag reacts and change them.
