"Ilum" should not be displayed in min power mode

In min power mode, backlight is not available. It would make sense to check for that. As of today, pagedata.h only checks whether backlicht is contolled by key:

            commonData->keydata[5].label = "ILUM";
        } else {
            commonData->keydata[5].label = "";
        }
