[Request] Support Cinder volume extend API in resource_ecl_compute_volume_v2.go #78

Now, https://github.com/nttcom/terraform-provider-ecl/blob/master/ecl/resource_ecl_compute_volume_v2.go#L236-L266 is only supported name, description, and metadata as far as I read.

And ECL2.0 is supported volume extend API .

For getting more good user experience, I wish to support Cinder volume extend API like other cloud providers(ex: AWS)
