Grist: disable JIT for Postgresql #43

Postgresql JIT (Just In Time) compiler is known to cause slowness.

See: gristlabs/grist-help#381

It is currently disabled on production. We'd better disable it in our example Helm chart.

What do you think @rouja?

Our helm chart does not deploy Postgresql. Maybe you speak about the example deployment ?
