Template not building

I just downloaded the theme and followed all the instructions on the configuration doc. I get this when I run Hugo server.
I've been using the stack theme until now, and that was working fine. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Since I was using another theme before, I had "author: " in my front matter on each blog post. I removed that and fixed it.

Now, I have another issue. When I change sharingLinks : false to true, it says this:

My bad. I had to put which social links I wanted in the front matter. This is now resolved.
