Posts won't show up on the page

I've been trying to install the blowfish theme to my hugo website, the guide seems pretty updated (1.87.0) so a lot of stuff has changed.

Is blowfish compatible with the latest version of hugo (0.115.2)?

If it is, Are there any updated tutorial I can use to install it? and how do I get my posts to show up?
