How to get HTML table to work in article?

I am adding raw HTML <table> to my website, and nothing is showing up. It works in my local IDE's Markdown rendering, but it just doesn't show up in hugo server -D

Am I missing some setting or config parameter to have raw HTML?

The answer is adding this into config/_default/markup.toml:

[goldmark]
[goldmark.renderer]
  unsafe = true

I guess Goldmark lets you use HTML.
