✨ Carousel Homepage Layout

The option to have a new homepage layout to include a carousel/slider of articles:

• Option to use recent articles in the carousel, with a new site param for how many to display.
• Option to select articles with a new taxonomy to be included in the carousel.
• Option to weight the selected articles to denote their order in the carousel.
• If using recent articles, layout below the carousel with the subseqent recent articles.
• If using the select articles option, layout below the carousel with recent articles using the site param for number.
• Carousel to pull through feature image, summary, title, tags, date from the articles, and be a link to the article.
• Carousel to overlay the title and summary over the feature image, with suitable alpha transparency behind allowing for visible text.
• Carousel to adhere to existing theme selection.
