When do we expect a stable release of @nuxt-i18n V8 for Nuxt3

My project is quite big, and thousands of users use it on a daily basis. I have migrated my app from Nuxt 2 to Nuxt 3, and it's almost done. However, one thing that makes me feel uncomfortable is that my app heavily relies on the i18n module, and the i18n support for Nuxt 3 is currently in beta. I'm afraid that something might go wrong when I deploy my Nuxt 3 app to production, even though everything is working fine in the local environment.
