Implement Telescope's selection_caret for File Tree Navigation in Place of a Cursor

For me, It doesnt make sense that you can move the cursor from left to right. But then Telescope doesnt have any cursor visible when navigating results instead it uses a caret. I made a quick prototype inside a textfile:

Maybe I will try to dig in to the source code and roughly implement it :)
