Add a testing module

I would be awesome if there was a testing module, that would include neotest, and would integrate with the debugger.
I feel it's not the simplest thing to implement by hand so it would be great to have it built in!

It's in the works! (and its based on neotest).

The module is actually pretty much done, I just need to add unit tests for Nyoom's macros, standard library, etc, which its taking a tad bit longer
