We are migrating about 600 redirects from the Dolphiq Redirects for Craft plugin to Retour; one limitation we're seeing in maintaining a large number of redirects in Retour is that there's no way to sort redirects by creation or update date in the redirects list. We use the date in the Dolphiq plugin to quickly find newly added redirects, to find older redirects that can be retired, and for tracking redirect activity over time.

So the workflow in Retour would typically be that you'd look at the Last Hit Time or the Hit Count... because it probably doesn't matter how new or old the redirect is, what matters more is whether it's actively being used.
Would trying this methodology out work for you, or do you want this as a FR to add both creation and update dates?
We would like to make this a feature request to add both creation and update dates to the UI. We will work the methodology you describe in the interim. Thanks!
