Create a pipeline for producing reports with each DO release

This should be implemented as SPARQL queries (advantage: maximizes compatibility with data warehouses such as EBI RDF store, cc @jamesmalone )

Typical reports end users like include:

• tables showing basic metadata: label, definition, etc
• xrefs and equivalencies

For use within the DO group, useful reports include:

• reports on coverage of xrefs for OMIM, OrphaNet, etc
• number of DO classes that have textual defs, logical defs, etc
