  • Change in winter – summer EKE as a function of filter scale (done)
  • Generate a monthly estimate of EKE as a function of grid scale averaged in geographic regions or otherwise boiled down (outstanding)

** reminder ** seasonality in instrument noise/error needs to be addressed/accounted for

  • finished partition EKE in time. I separately highlight the seasonal difference (winter - summer) [FMA - JAS] and EKE for each scale as a function of time.
  • need to filter results to show only regions where seasonal difference between max and min EKE is greater than ~10% of EKE magnitude itself.
