What happened?

OB Oracle Editing PL with more than 1,000 lines takes a long time to execute when saving

What did you expect to happen?

Edit more than 1,000 lines of PL and shorten the storage time

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

It takes time to write more than 1,000 lines of PL and save PL observations
