Use new penguin and logo assets for the website

A while back, people in the ASUC graciously did some work for us and cleaned up our penguin asset and created some new logos for us to use.

Unfortunately we still haven't updated the website with these assets after 2 years. I realized no one made an issue to do this yet so just going to drop this here.

We've been using these assets already for things like Facebook events and other printed signs and posters.

oh hey, I've been looking for a text+image logo- didn't know we already had one

Maybe pointing to an issue/PR that provides an example of modifying the site would be helpful? (A bit of "poking around" led to a change for the STF banner - but, at present, editing is not as simple as with, say, a Wiki...)
